As always, we are commited to bringing to your table our own, continually expanding version of a new and delicious

international fusion cuisine. In doing so, we are looking more and more to a seasonal approach to our menu with

ingredients sourced locally, sustainably harvested and raised ethically.

PULPO GALLEGO

Herb marinade pulpo, braised baby potatoes, chard cipollini onions, radish, citron oil, picante pimenton, yellow ahi aioli, micro intensity. $15

Citrus Marinated scallops & shrimp, cucumbers, yuzu sauce, palmitos, red onions, cilantro, avocado mousse, micro cilantro, plantain chips. $17

 

 TORCHIO DI ARAGOSTA

Citron lobster, torchio pasta, baby spinach, peas, fennel, fontina cheese sauce, shaved black truffles, pecorino cheese, micro arugula. $19

 

WATERCRESS SALAD

Watercress & baby arugula salad, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, goat cheese crumbs, pistachio crumbs, cava vainagreted, tangerine oil, truffle sea salt.$14
